1. Vendor/Trade Members-Only Discount -- A trade discount is offered to design professionals including interior designers and builders on all pieces purchased through Designer Sinks. Membership is required to qualify for this discount. These discounts vary depending on the size of the order and whether the purchase is for a stocked or custom item. Please call our customer service representatives to discuss specific discounts.


2. Newsletter – You will receive our newsletter featuring exciting designs from builders and designers who are successfully implementing artisan-designed sinks into their designs. We will feature projects, designs, stories, “how to’s” , as well as new products.

3. Potential Publicity to increase your business – DesignerSinks.net reviews the more unique and exciting projects to potentially use them for publicity purposes. If your project is chosen for publicity purposes, it will be highlighted not only on our website and in our newsletter.

     • Pricing Proposal: A proposal will be provided for all custom work which includes the details of the work(s)      and the trade discount.

     • Status Updates: You will receive regular updates as to the status of your project via email, or, if you      prefer, a personal telephone call.

     • Quality Control: Prior to shipment of your piece(s); a professional artisan will inspect your commissioned      piece for any flaws, comparing it against the original specifications to ensure its accuracy.

     • Delivery: Your pieces will be shipped in a carefully packed box to ensure that it arrives in a flawless      condition. You will receive tracking numbers to follow your orders progress toward delivery.

     • Post Delivery Confirmation: Once your pieces are received, your representative will contact you to      confirm your satisfaction with the work and answer any questions you may have about the project.
