of a US based functional art business (Mug Heaven LLC). We are a rapidly
growing online resource of home décor for the designer, builder
and discerning homeowner.
We offer an exquisite collection of beautifully handpainted,
handcrafted and custom artisan sinks, for both homeowners and trade.
In addition, we offer all the matching accessories (tile, accessories)
for a complete solution. We do not deal in “mass products”.

FAQ
Will the painting materials wear off from the sinks?
Answer: All of our sinks are fired to at least 1800 degrees or hotter.
This makes a durable piece that you’ll enjoy for many years. You
do not want to use abrasive cleaners to clean the sinks.
Does DesignerSinks.net offer custom work?
Answer: Yes, we do offer custom work. This includes accessories and
tile work as well.

Our customer service representatives are fully trained and can assist
you in your selection. We’ll give you personalized support through
out the entire bath improvement project. If you have any questions,

The Ordering Process:
You can order directly from the photos in the catalog
and/or call our customer service staff to assist you in the decision
process. Many customers tell us that our “How To Choose”
section has been helpful in their decision making process. The “How
To Choose” section includes the main advantages of Handpainted,
Handcrafted and Custom sinks, as well as the advantages of Mounting
Style you choose (Self rimming, Under Mount or Vessel Mount). The orders
can be phoned in, faxed or mailed (See contact information).
Samples:
Sample pieces are available for many of the sinks at a
nominal cost.
Custom Pieces:
Custom patterns and colors are available from DesignerSinks.net.
There is a minimum $40 charge, in addition to the cost of the sink,
for custom patterns. The client must provide all artwork for custom
orders. Custom colors are also available on many products….read
each description, please call for details. If necessary, your idea may
be produced on a tile sample with colors and patterns as close as possible
to the original idea. There will be no refunds or exchanges on custom
orders. A 50% deposit is taken when your order is placed, with the remaining
balance due at shipment time.
Stock:
Stock, artisan-made pieces are available to order online
immediately. These pieces will look similar to the picture in the catalog
and they are normally ready to ship. Please keep in mind that all handcrafted
pieces vary some from piece to piece. Also, monitor display colors vary
from monitor to monitor. Again, samples are available for most pieces.
We’re in the process of adding several pictures of the same piece
from different kiln firings, in the catalog, so that you can see how
pieces vary.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times do vary. We do not guarantee any delivery times because
we are dependent on outside delivery agents such as UPS who do not guarantee
their delivery schedules. Please do not schedule contractors until your
products arrive. DesignerSinks.net will never be responsible for any
time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible
for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge
incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated.
That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely
updates should any lead time estimate change. We value our customers,
appreciate their business, and will do everything in our power to serve
you well.
Lead Time:
The average lead time for standard “stock”orders
is three weeks before shipping. During busy times this can take longer,
so please allow adequate time for production. Custom orders require
4-6 weeks lead time. Individual artists pieces may vary slightly from
this and can be found on their individual description pages.
Shipping:
Shipping within the continental United States will have
an additional charge per item for regular UPS or common carrier. Overnight
and rush deliveries carry additional charges when available. We do not
ship outside of the United States. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
are subject to additional shipping charges. All shipments should be
checked immediately upon delivery for damages or errors. The person
signing for delivery must file all claims for damages or loss with the
carrier immediately.
If a damaged piece is received, immediately notify the
shipping company and save the packaging. A replacement will be sent
as soon as possible.
Reviewing and Inspecting Your Delivery:
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with
your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives
it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged
during shipping by the shipping company.
Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect
the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery
driver. If a product appears to be damaged - do not accept it.
If you are present at the time of delivery, do not sign for and/or do
not accept receipt of any products that are damaged. If a product appears
to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer
service department immediately at: 1-877-866-1975
DesignerSinks.net cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product
once you sign for a delivery, but we will work with you to resolve the
claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns and Exchanges:
Stock Item Return
Stock artisan pieces may be returned within 14 days for
merchandise credit, provided it is in its original packaging and in
resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restock fee plus shipping
charges prepaid by sender. Custom painted items are non-returnable.
Restocking fees apply only to stock items returned for any reason other
than Designer Sinks.net error or product defect. Items are to be returned
by the same method as shipped to them.
Stock Item Exchanges
Stock artisan pieces can be exchanged within 14 days of
receipt for another piece. In this situation, the restock fee is 15%
plus shipping charges prepaid by the sender.
Custom Items
All special order and custom painted items are non returnable
and non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns
require a return material authorization (RMA) number. E-mail request
to return at info@designersinks.net
Installed products cannot be returned for credit (unless
the product is defective).
Claims for Damaged Goods
All materials received must be inspected within 7 days
of receipt of materials. All claims for any reason must be brought to
Designer Sinks.net’s attention with associated evidence within
those 7 days for full credit for merchandise. No future claims for any
reason against the materials can be lodged against Designer Sinks.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your stock order prior to shipping, you will receive a
full refund less a nominal handling fee of $25.00. Our customer service
desk can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether
or not the order has been shipped. Once an item is shipped, the terms
of our Returns policy will take effect.
In some cases, a custom or a special order item may be
non-returnable and/or non-cancelable. Our customer service desk must
make that determination by the stage of production of the piece.
Privacy Statement
Users may opt in to our newsletter which goes out 4-6 times per year.
We do not sell our email lists and respect the privacy of our customers.
Sales Tax Policy
Designer Sinks.net only collects sales tax for orders shipping to the
state of Utah. Any orders shipping to any location outside the state
of Utah are not subject to sales tax.
Disclaimer
While we take measures that our web site reflects accurate product information
and pricing, sometimes an error can appear on the site. We are not responsible
for misrepresentations or errors found on the site. Additionally, colors
often vary depending on monitor settings and screen resolution, and
may not always display accurately on your screen. DesignerSinks.net
makes every effort to be sure that the listed information and pricing
on our site is accurate. Designer Sinks.net will not be held liable
for any typographical errors or prices listed incorrectly.

For your security and privacy, all orders and credit card information
are on a secure link (SSL). Any information provided by you will remain
confidential. As you place orders in the shopping cart, you should see
